In the US, Feb has been subbed Heart Health Month (since 1964). To celebrate, wear Red on the first Friday in February (that’s coming up) Some key healthy habits:

Are there any habits you have as part of your routine, or that you will adopt?

- Get Active: Aim for at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week.
- Eat Well: Focus on heart-healthy diets.
- Quit Smoking: Avoid smoking to protect heart health.
- Reduce Stress: Incorporate self-care into daily routines.

It's this whole working thing that gets in the way. Ha ha! Except that also helps pay for my art supplies... so for now, work I must.
