Frozen Yogurt

Today is Frozen Yogurt Day and while I'm not going to have that, I am not so patiently waiting on my son to get off work so we can go get some frozen custard. Our local place has coconut as the flavor of the week and it is sooo good. Last time they had it, they had an Almond Joy sundae that was amazing. It was the coconut custard with chocolate syrup, coconut flakes and shaved almonds on top. We used to have a Sweet Frog frozen yogurt place in town, but it closed down a few years ago...not sure why, it was always busy. It's been a bit since I had good frozen yogurt.

Yes to both! I prefer frozen yogurt because it’s easier on my stomach but I love custard too.

Do you have a favorite place to get it?
Menchie’s for froyo, Culver’s or Freddy’s for custard.

How about favorite toppings?
I love boba with my froyo and Butterfinger or caramel and cashews with my vanilla custard.

I love frozen yoghurt! I've only tried frozen custard once and I wasn't a huge fan.

I like to go to the Yo-get-it frozen pop up in our local Westfield (it's a mall)
I like the chocolate non dairy (coconut) frozen yoghurt with strawberries and choc chips on top

I like frozen yogurt, but just realized I don't get it very often!

I like wet walnuts, or strawberries on top.... if ice cream like, marshmallow sauce with chocolate chips and gram pieces.
No favorite place, lol! I haven't had it in years I think.

I don't know if I like custard, or if I've had it. I don't know the difference. Off to google haha!

Do you have a favorite place to get it? We don't have any frozen yogurt places and the only place for frozen custard locally is Culvers which is tasty, but if we eat there, I'm always too full for dessert, so I rarely get it. There used to be TCBY (The Country's Best Yogurt) places all over the place and my Dad loved that so he'd take us there once in a while. Yummy!

How about favorite toppings? I'm cool with plain vanilla if it's a cone, otherwise I think mini chocolate chips and a little chocolate fudge sauce and whipped cream if I'm feeling really fancy. Lol.

Do you enjoy frozen yogurt? or custard? We used to live near a Yogurtland so I had it semi-often, including the time we got fro-yo in our pjs, went to eat it on a dock, and ended up on an airboat ride (still in my pjs). These days we're like 10-15 min from a Culver's so I like to drag my husband there if we're nearby.

Do you have a favorite place to get it? Culver's currently. Best custard I ever had was Ted Drewes in St. Louis - I went up to photograph a friend's wedding and the happy couple took me for custard. We had to rush home right after because tornado alerts but it was worth braving a scary storm for. Occasionally my brother and I make our own in my KitchenAid.

How about favorite toppings? I actually like vanilla custard plain. It's such a treat for me. If I get chocolate, I either do a shake with peanut butter and hot fudge or a concrete with hot fudge and Andes mints. I also like some of the Culver's Flavors of the Day

Do you enjoy frozen yogurt? or custard? I am a fan of all the frozen desserts. In fact, my son works at a So Delicious plant in Springfield, OR. So, he makes the non-dairy stuff!

Do you have a favorite place to get it? We have a place called Menchie's here that's pretty good for the frozen yogurt.

How about favorite toppings? I love some hot fudge on anything!

It has probably been 45 years since I've had frozen yogurt. There was a place in Toledo that sold it and I'd go there once in awhile to get some. Don't even remember the name of the place or what my favorite flavor was!

Do you enjoy frozen yogurt? or custard? Not really. My teeth are sensitive, and I've just never thought of ice cream or froyo as an ideal treat. I do like a banana split sometimes because it's more fruit and toppings than cold stuff lol. If it's really hot, sometimes I will have a tiny bit (my kids make fun of me for taking like 2 weeks to finish off a pint of it).
Do you have a favorite place to get it? Just the grocery store for me!
