Lynn Grieveson: Many Moods Kit.
I am so happy that I found this recipe on my old writing paper, with my maiden name on it. Those cookies are delicious. I wish I had her recipe for dinner rolls. She taught me to bake bread, when I was in college. I am so blessed.
Love that you documented this recipe! I feel like I had some note pads like this, with my name on them, too! How fun! I really need to go through the trunk in storage to see what I can find!
@trekmom Recipe sounds yummy and easy. Is it one cup of chopped dried apricots? The flower covers the amount in your layout. What a great find and sweet tribute to you MIL.
@flowersgal Thank you, I went back and changed it because it is one cup of apricots. I often double the recipe. It's delicious! @SeattleSheri Thank you so much. We don't have enough of her recipes, and I feel the great need to save whatever I have. Her grandchildren should be making these. @scrapchyck Thank you, I am trying to declutter my house and think that taking a picture or scanning things is a good way to hold onto stuff. I just can't leave my own adult children the mess of a house like my mom did. No, her house wasn't messy a bit, she was the original Mrs Clean but darn, that basement was a nightmare.
Wow- what a great idea for a layout! Now I need to go to grandpa and find some old stuff from grandma so I can do this too, this is really cool!
Love the vintage feel of your layout- that post stamp is perfect!
