I have used styles from PSE as well as Just Jaimee's 2016 Storyteller Foundations - retired.
The font is The Aude from Fonts by Heather.
ooh i thought that castle looked familiar! i'm trying to figure out where you were standing for this vantage point, all i can think is maybe near Tomorrowland but either way the stripes and the colours in the paper strips work so well with the castle's evening glow and different fences and ?carousel and parasols!

We took thousands of photos in Japan between the five of us and I collected all of them! So I am not sure who took the photo and where they were standing, but I really love the purple evening glow.
