Journaling:
It was close to sunset when I captured this photo looking over the lake during
our little holiday at Boondooma Dam. It had been a very hot day so we half
expected these clouds to build up into a storm. During the night as the
lightning began, Ken watched as some of the streaks of lightning actually hit
the water. He said how interesting it was to watch it happening.
I must have been in a deep sleep as I did not wake up.

Gorgeous photo Anne-Marie! I love the silhouette of the trees as the sun sets behind the clouds.. just breathtaking! Great journaling and I love the touch of the lace trim with the umbrella sticker. Watching lightning storms is neat! Glad you scrapped this!
