I used:
Lynn Grieveson's Rock Pool # 5
A Pennington's Nestled Bit 1, Pats and backs paper 10, Solids paper 3, and 7B
Paula Kesselring's Vintage Flowers Borders 2
I adore all the little wooden things that my father in law made. I've got a box in the basement. He was an amazing man.
Val this is beautiful and what a wonderful treasure of your in-laws! I love your display box and how you display it.. the sea glass is so pretty - so smooth and love the carvings of the sandpipers I love your heartfelt sentiments about your in-laws. I can tell you had a close relationship with them that is rare Love it and love that you have these treasured and cherished heirlooms! Thank you for sharing and playing along with my MOC11 day 7 Heirloom challenge!
PS the background with the shell stamps is wonderful too to tie in the sea shell collection!
@SeattleSheri Thank you. I am very blessed. @myka Thank you so much! I still have a big box of sea glass to play with. @cfile Thank you so much, your kind words have made my day! I do get very nervous about MOC. Praying that I don't mess up somehow.
@cfile Your kind words really make my day. I am printing out the instructions now. I created a framed piece just like the one in my page for my sister-in-law. @mcurtt Thank you. Have mercy, I gave away about 8 large boxes of things last year. It sort of broke my heart but my house isn't large enough for so much stuff. I know whoever buys it at the thrift store will give it a good home. I still have a big box of sea glass that isn't going away for sure.
