I used the Hear My Voice 28 - Balancing bundle to create this layout showing the beauty of the property my husband inherited from his parents. My words are about how challenged he is as he makes decisions about the property.
The way you blended your photo into the background is really eye-catching, how the sunset goes into grey. I also like the black stroke around your photos an journaling. Very pretty layout
Oh dear, I can only imagine the heaviness of his heart with the weight of the decisions. Hope he finds peace in the answers. I love the two perspectives of the photos.
This must be so difficult. Your layout is a tribute to this. The line around the photos really draws the eye and sets them off with the blended transfer the perfect complement.
We took a break and will return in a week or so to continue. I liked the way the lightness of the gesso flowed out of the photo and highlighted the stamped tree which replicated the bare branches of the trees in the photo....more balance.

Thank you. I hadn't moved more than a few feet when I took the two photos, just turning my body about 90 degrees counterclockwise (to the south). I chose the grey background because the clouds really were pretty grey in that direction. I did ask him to move to get the photo I wanted...

Thank you. You and me, both on that hope. The days are up and down but he/we are moving forward. I saw the chance to show the two perspectives was lucky to get the photos I wanted and figured out how to emphasize the differences with the background and gesso.

We will be back in the thick of it again in a week. A few weeks at home gave us a respite from the physical (more than the mental/emotional) work. Thank you.
