I was born in New York City and moved to Rhode Island when I was 7 yrs old. I've been here ever since, since '88.
Raised here in Western WI. Went to college here, got married here, had my baby here. Lived in a suburb of Indianapolis (Avon) for 3 years then moved back here when Nicholas started school so he could have a fancy WI education! Which basically just means I wanted to be back in an area where kids still ride their bikes all over town and everyone in the neighborhood knows one another's business. As soon as he's done with school we're out of here, though! I'm pulling for California or Texas, but Tom seems to think Madison, WI would be just fine. We'll see who wins. 6 more years!

Raised in Central Illinois, live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago....we will never leave the area, unless hubby gets a job transfer someplace warm!!
hmm... I'm from Malaysia (a really small country where it's hot hot hot for almost 365 days a year). I am currently working in Borneo!!
I'm from Michigan. Now we're in Texas. I've lived in a few different towns on different sides of MI but only one place in TX. I like where we're at, but I do miss all our Michigan family.
I love seeing where everyone is from and has lived/lives now. I was born and raised in Toronto. Our family (entire family) sold their homes and moved waaaay out to the country after high school. I thought back then it was the country, it was kind of rural, a small town about 45 minutes east of the city. After hubby and I got married we moved down east to N.S and lived there for 4 years, a few months of that was spent living and working in Buenos Aires. We moved back to Ontario 5 years ago, just on the other side of the Detroit river. Eventually I think we'll move closer to my family because the drive there and back is nice, but it's just too far for quick drop-in type visits so it's tough sometimes.
Born in AZ then we moved to Lousiana when i was little. Around when i started HS we moved back to AZ. My Dad didnt want to be taking me in and out of different HS so he and my mom said where ever they were they would stay there when I started HS. So the little town in AZ is where I started HS and Finished HS but during the summer we (sis and I) traveled with my dad to his work area. (Texas and Ohio) My cousins are always giving us a hard time (sis and me) that we are Navajo with southern accent. But its all good
Born in Warminster, PA. Went to Penn State, lived in State College, PA all four years. Moved to Philadelphia, stayed there 20 years until my husband and I moved to the suburbs, and now we're 15 minutes outside Philly in Elkins Park, PA. Go Phils! Go Birds!
Looks like I'm the first Canadian to post on this thread. I was born in Windsor, Ontario and moved to the west coast (BC) in 1980. I've lived here ever since.
I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but moved away when I was 2. I was raised in northern Indiana (South Bend/Notre Dame) and have lived in Indianapolis on and off (mostly on) since 2002. I'm dying to move South. My dream city would be Nashville, but it looks like Jeff's job with UPS will take us to Atlanta (ironic, no?), Richmond, Virginia, or Dallas, Texas -- all places I'd love to live.
Of all the places we've lived, Philly holds the most special place in my heart! I loved it there, and I miss it a lot. And yes... Go Phillies!
I was born in Mexico and I lived there for 32 years (18 years in Acapulco and 14 in Querétaro, a city that's 200 km at the north of Mexico City). And for the last 10 years, I've lived in France, where I met hubby and married him 8 years ago. When I came here, I was planning to stay 5 years at most and then go back to my country, I guess it was destiny... Here's a Mexican-French kiss to you!
I'm from Norway, a town right outside of Stavanger. I've lived a year in the US, in Northern VA, but came back here where I grew up, now building a house in the same town.
wow some of you have really moved around a lot. I'm boring, I've lived in the same town all my life but I love it that way. Oh and that's in Australia
