I would love my bedroom to me made into a relaxing retreat at the minute it is just a dumping ground for everyone's junk, but it is next on the list to be done
I would redo my 'laundry room'. There are lots of 'utility things' that were promised not to take much space, but it did and I am always frustrated when I think of the hobby-laundry room I was going to make from it and probably never can unless we do major work...
Tie between the master bath (weird, fifties pink tile like Stacy) and the kitchen, which the previous owners "renovated" in the most hideous colors *ever*. Everything else about the house is so wonderful though so I can be patient.
Right now I would re-do anything that would enable us to sell the albatross our house has become (trying to move overseas and can't until we sell, in a VERY flat, over-saturated real estate market), but given my choice -- the living room. The carpet is worn out (in large part due to my 4-year-old eating and painting (?!!) in there), the whole area around the fireplace looks very dated (IMO), and the room needs a good coat of paint, and a bit of spackle to repair the marks from over-vigorous rocking of the big chair in one corner. Once my work contract is done, I would really like to tackle that project. Carmen.
We built our home almost 9 years ago ... and things already look beat up and well, "lived-in" ... our master bedroom/bath still is unpainted with just a basic off white paint, so it would be nice to redo that room ... but honestly I wish we could redo our deck outside.
we had the kitchen done almost 2 years ago by the council, we finished it, then in 2012 we did Sarita's bedroom, now mine is in need ...or then we could do the living room which last we re decorated in 2008.... thing is, am nowhere in the health I was then... but if we get some money we will be traveling to see the family and I'm putting some money away to go meet Laura next year!!!!!
