    I've been with them for over two years now, just did my third renewal. They raised their rates finally this year but offered me the old rate if I renewed a couple months early, but the new rates aren't horrible or anything. Just a regular rate hike.

    Oh good! I'm on the second year of a 2 year deal I think I got for $50 or something like that. It was definitely a steal. I don't mind paying higher prices as long as they are reasonable. I sort of wonder how they are staying solvent offering the deals they have been offering, I'm thinking back to Black Friday last year when they offered their services for practically free. I think the service they provide is excellent. Mozy went a little crazy when they raised rates. I think I would have paid over $200 a year when they raised their rates.
