(this was one of my favs!) For MOC 7 Day 30: Travel Storytelling For more about this awesome hotel, click here. I have 134 words. Journaling reads: While visiting Scott in England, we decided to take a mini vacation to Edinburgh, Scotland. It was a dream come true really for me. We took the train from King’s Cross Station in London and it took us up the coast of England and Scotland about 6 hours. It was such a nice train trip. We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh situated right across the street from Edinburgh Castle. We had the most amazing view you could imagine, even from the bathroom. There were soft fluffy robes and comfy slippers, the bathroom had a heated towel rack, and the bed was extra comfy. I could see myself staying in Edinburgh for an extended period of time. It was lovely. We toasted our trip with a glass of Scottish Whiskey provided with the room.
Can someone please tell me why, when I make a change to my LO in the galley, and re-link it up, the new version won't show up in the thread? I am VERY fruststrated
I knew this was going to be easy... Just a matter of stopping to do it... sorry to be so late... One more challenge to go!!!! Words are in gallery
Thanks for the challenge! I wanted to do our big trip to a wildlife park, but for scrapping time sake, I decided to do this little impromptu outing with our boy. And then it took me AGES to get the video fixed up because I hadn't done a split screen before... Ah well. I love it! Thanks again! Word count - approx 100 words
Day 30 Travel storytelling Translation; Cinque Terre; Five picturesque villages on the Ligurian coast of Italy. You can reach he villages only by foot, by train or by boat. The first day we traveled by train to Monterosso and from there on to Vernazza by foot, a journey of 2.5 hours. A few days later we visited all villages again by boat. The views on the villages from the water are really fantastic. We really enjoyed the transport by boat to visit the villages. This way of traveling brings you also to Portovenere (the last and 6st village).
Perfect challenge since I am working on multiple travel albums to Disneyland! I did one of saying goodbye. Journaling Reads: As we take our leave from our Happy Place for last time this trip, I can't help but smile as I see my too- cool, little man take his leisurely last stroll out the park gates, through the esplanade and to our awaiting car for the long trip back home. He is so cute with both of his hands in his denim shorts pockets. He walks along side his Dad like he owns the place. Perfect end to a great trip!
I have a migraine but decided to try and finish. Not really satisfied with the LO, but it'll have to do. Word count is 83, journaling in gallery:
New York we were Here by Firstoscartgrouch posted Feb 2, 2019 at 12:11 PM The Journalling Reads: I had so much fun sharing this special trip with you. I laughed, and shed a few tears, and think I forged a stronger bond with you. I created numerous memories that were centered around good times, rather than memories centered around the hospital and medical visits. I love these photos of us. The one of me sneaking up and photo bombing you on top of the Rockefeller Center is one of my favourites. Sharing our love of the courthouse steps is another one. I love you, and hope you have made your own special memories too of the trip we took to New York City.
