    Day 2 shallow Depth of Field - Photo taken with cell phone using portrait mode and then using the Iris Blur filter in PS... Other photo (non DOF I blended into background)

    thanks for the tips Farrah! DL'd and played with Snapseed's lens blur tonight while the rest of the fam watched The Doctor on tv - tried to make the tv/the doctor & tardis the focal point in each shot

    I photographed my Amaryllis in front of the opened windows, it seems that gives a nice depth of field

    They do not all have to follow the DOF rules. Just one photo needs to do that!

    Thank you, here's mine :)
    We were almost out of light so I rushed my nephew outside for some quick photos. Thanks for making me pick up my camera again. I broke my right wrist a few months ago and my camera has been too heavy to hold, it's a Canon 5DmkII, but this was the perfect excuse to put my little Lensbaby lens on, which is really lightweight, so I was able to take photos again :)

    Does we have to take a new photo today or can it be a photo from a few days ago but never scrapped ?

    @FarrahJobling New photo? Taken today or not previously scrapped? Our weather is nasty (freezing rain and drizzle) and our home is under a mess warning (our new furnace is being installed today). I have tons of photos not previously scrapped because I quit scrapping for a year or more. I'm always hopeful that MOC will get me started again!! :)
