Hello everyone, I am super chuffed to be able to challenge you during this MOC coming Home. I love the way I totally judge a book by it's cover and whether it grabs my attention or not enough for me to pick it up and read the blurb or not. So my challenge for you is to create a cover for your album (think yearly, project life or pocket styled, Document your December, or a travel album etc.) Please create it to give a hint about what it covers and what your viewers can expect in the pages within. We have just returned from an overseas visit to the UK and Germany, so this cover gives a glimpse into that. From our leaving to an inside peek of what we saw in London. It includes a little journaling and a date. This one has festive papers, a Christmas ornament and a photo taken on Christmas Eve, you can see it will house December layouts and festivities. Here is a stunning example page from Cynthia (MrsPeel). This will be the cover of my son and daughter-in-law's wedding album. The challenge instructions are fairly simple: 1. Create a layout that could be used as an album cover. 2. It should be easy to see what the album will be used for, you do not need a title, if the cover is self explanatory. 3. You must use a minimum of 5 different things; papers, elements, alphas etc. 4. Any size is welcome, I did 12x12 but 8x11, travelers notebook etc are all welcome. 5. Please tag me @StefanieS if you have any questions and please give grace for the time zone differences. Your page must be a new page in order to count for the Month of Challenges. Your page must be posted in three places: Uploaded to the TLP Gallery (not an outside hosting site). Posted in your page thread you created in the MOC Layouts Folder. You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts. Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean. Posted in this thread. People can comment here if they wish. Your page must contain Lilypad product (pages with photos and font only do not count). Product from other stores will not be allowed for MOC; your pages must contain 100% Lilypad product (current or retired product from designers or guest designers presently selling at The Lilypad). I hope that you can have fun with this, creating a cover in line with your own unique style and creativity. I look forward to seeing your creative expressions and celebrating our memory keeping journeys together.
