Hi everyone, We’re just about ready to flip the switch! Tomorrow is launch day for the new site, and I wanted to share a few important details so you know what to expect. Scheduled Downtime I'll be taking the current store offline as early as 2 -2:30 p.m. Eastern Time tomorrow to handle some admin function. The forum will be going down around 3:30 pm EST. Please plan for 2–3 hours of downtime as we complete the migration. This downtime will affect both the store and the forum, although the store may return slightly earlier. To be safe, just assume everything will be down for a couple of hours. Orders & Downloads Orders will not transfer to the new site, and download links from the current store will expire and won’t be accessible after the switchover. If you need to download past purchases, please do that today while the current store is still live. Once the new store is up, you’ll need to reset your password. Your username will stay the same, but the reset will help ensure a clean login. Password reset emails will be queued, but if you want to get in faster, just head to the site and use the reset option directly. A Note About Site Access After Launch As soon as the new site goes live, we’ll run immediate replication across servers within the first few minutes. During this time, you might briefly be redirected to a landing page that tells you to clear your cache. This is totally normal—nothing is wrong with the site. It’s just a temporary step we had to take to help browsers point to the new version of the site. Once you clear your cache or refresh, you should be able to access the new store fully. What’s Still in Progress We know that not every product is on the new site yet. Some more complex items are still being processed and will be added soon. We’ve also held back the wishlist temporarily, but it is coming. The new cart will flag purchases made in the new store to help prevent duplicates, though it won’t recognize purchases from the old store. Final Few Notes A process will be outlined for anyone who experiences order issues after the switchover. That information will be posted tomorrow after the new store is live. While we’ve done a huge amount of troubleshooting to prepare for this launch, this is tech—we do expect a few bumps in the road. Please be patient with us as we work through anything that comes up. Most importantly, I encourage everyone to register, explore, and have fun with the new store once it’s live. We’re excited for you to see what we’ve been working on—and to grow together in this next chapter. xx-Esther
