I have had numerous ones over the years, but I've gotten happily stuck on a gift one that I received from my kids... it's a Yeti, tumbler, 20 oz. This was when I was mulling to purchase a Stanley, and never get around to doing that! This Yeti is not quite spillproof, but it does the job I need it to... I just pop a straw in if I need one.

It's pretty too... and purple isn't usually my color of choice!

I've never used one. I do have an old small thermos flask for when I need to carry a hot drink in the winter, but otherwise I don't really carry hot drinks around.

The one I have is dual... it keeps my hot drinks hot - like tea when I leave for work at 7am is still hot at 10am and cold drinks cold - for hours upon hours.

It rarely gets hot enough for me to need to insulate cool drinks. Although we did have a short really hot spell last week.

LOL, our high today is 100*, and a real feel of 106*... we are in the middle of a heatwave. Though I'm in air conditioning. I do like my cold beverages cold - and lots of ice, always. I don't really like lukewarm drinks.

I don't have one either. I tend to drink my hot drinks at home or at the coffee place. I don't drive great distances and am past the driving kids stage of life.

I have a light blue 20 oz Hydroflask that has both a straw top and a hot beverage top, so I can go either way. It's never far :) It was a present from one of the doctors in my old group. It looks something like this (this is the newer model)

    What do you use?
I have a 40oz Stanley that I won from something at work and it stays at work, 2-40oz Simple Modern tumblers that I use at home, and a Camelbak sports bottle that I take to the gym.
I also have a couple of older Yetis that I don't use as often anymore.

    Do you have a favorite?
I prefer the Simple Modern to the Stanley because it doesn't leak as easily and it doesn't seem as bulky, but I don't really have a favorite.

What are must have features for you?
Nothing really in particular. Sometimes it's helpful if it fits in the cupholder of my car. I'd really like to have a Brumate because it locks and I'm clumsy lol

I have a collection of insulated drink cups/tumblers ... a dozen or more 24 oz. Tervis tumblers (my go-to souvenir - got one at DL earlier this month), a 30oz purple Yeti, 40oz Stanley, 30oz Stanley, two 32oz Owala Free Sips, and a Swig.

I like my cold drinks icy cold.

Mostly it's just me in the car... the kids drive, so I'm not needed, haha! I also use it when we have girls nights in or chilling in the backyard. :)

They must fit in the car cup holder! That would drive me nuts if it didn't!

I love my Yeti with the HotShot Cap for travel. I never have to worry about it spilling and fits in almost everything.

We have so many! I have a small Yeti that I love on cold mornings for my coffee. I have a light purple Stanley that is 40 oz and that is usually what I use most days. The one I am using today came in a cross stitch box that I gifted myself. It was all patriotic themed.

What do you put in the Hot Shot? I know I would put rum in there, haha! But besides that, no idea!

I have a water bottle, not a cup per se. I used to have an Artic (basically knockoff Yeti) cup but it got knocked over and spilled all the time. My mom just got me a 40 oz. version of my 20 oz. Contigo water bottle for Mother's Day and it's big but useful. It has a press to drink valve, a locking lid, and keeps Sonic ice cold for HOURS. I fill it to the top with ice and then add water as I go. (Last trip to Kennedy Space Center had us all refilling our ice-filled bottles with a 1.5L bottle of room temp water, easy as can be.) My only complaint is that the 40 oz. is thick and doesn't fit in the car cup holder :(

I love that exact cup that you have. I'm embarrassed by how many we have in our house though. Usually it's because they come out with a new color and I NEED it. :giggle My hubby and I use them daily though. My son just used one for the first time and was shocked that even though it was in his car overnight during one of our excessive heat days last weekend, there was still ice in it the next day. I tried to explain the science of the stainless steel with vacuum insulation, but he didn't care about that. :giggle

I've got one similar to yours at work.

But recently on TikTok I found this one and I love how the straw works so I want it, and I want to get one for my daughter too since she works at the preschool daycare and the littles are always trying to get into her current one. (because germs ewwww)
