OK, had to share...a little piece of my P365 from today, a time lapse from 9 am to 9 pm. I put the yardstick in the lawn early this morning so I could have a point reference. Nerdy, I know. LOL
Well, we had some snow and a little wind, but nothing as impressive as I was hoping for. It was bizarre driving to work yesterday though, there was ZERO traffic. Ok, so I live in a small town anyway, but we have a couple big corporations (one of which in the Whirlpool headquarters) so the main road has a lot of cars in the morning... but yesterday, nobody even tried to go to work. It was weird! The kids had a snow day though so they were happy.
We got over two feet of snow in Chicago. The kiddos have had two snow days in a row. I've been sick so I haven't taken any pictures but I'm thinking of bundling up the kiddos and taking some photos of them from the front doorstep.
thats the way we were Carolee, they ended up with a week off with snow days and the holiday a few weeks ago LOL we have had 2 more snow falls sicne then and the snow on my lawn is over 3 feet lmao with more expected on Saturday AND a storm on Tuesday i better not fall again down my back steps from the ice lol im still F'd up from the other day still lol
my lawn icicles LOL My son on hte top of it all lol i dont think i can fit anymore snow in my yard LOL
oh yeah, i got others LOL now i can use all those snow kits i buy and hoard now my son literally lays on his belly and pretends to swim in it LOL i ill have to take more after our next doozy which i think is Tuesday they said lol these were last weeks but the snow wont melt LOL its still there plus the snow we got Tuesday
whoa carly, I think you got more than we did. I let the kiddos out to play in it for 30 minutes and the funny thing is that the snow is so thick they can just step over it and they don't sink down much.
