Things are starting to warm up here in Utah so I have a little bit of Spring Fever brewing. I was excited to see that Dunia's BYOC for this month is springy because I was dying to scrap these pictures of my nieces that I recently stumbled upon. Our challenge for this month is going to be a Recipe Challenge. I always love to see how people interpret the same instructions. Feel free to flip or rotate things to your liking and I can't wait to see what you all come up with. Let's get to it! 1.) Use a patterned background. 2.) Lets take another patterned paper and crop it down into 2 rectangles. One should be 7"x9 3/4" and the other should be 2"x9 3/4". The big one will be centered at the top of the page, and the smaller one will be centered on the bottom. 3.) We are going to use three photos that we will crop down and place in between the 2 rectangles. 4.) Add a stroke or frame to one of the photos to highlight it. 5.) Add a journaling card or word art in between 2 of the 3 photos. 6.) Add a fastener to your journaling card (ie...staple, button, washi tape, etc) 7.) Add a date and any journaling that you want somewhere on the page. 8.) Add any elements that you want around the pictures/journaling card. My papers were heavily patterned so I opted for minimal elements.
