I was inspired by the quote and the colors- One of the toughest challenges for me- but a great challenge.
I took inspriation from the black background, the flowers, and the rainbow colours, also the pink writing.
Phew, this was rough. I've never used a mood board before. I was inspired to scrap my favorite photo from a trip we took more than year ago. I also pulled from the black lines, rainbow, and, in my roundabout way, maps and typography (this is where my mind leaps to from music sheets - who knows).
when I saw the board, I knew which photos I had to find...and also that I HAD to use THAT Mirjam's paper so I looked through ALL my Pink Reptile stash (I was a good customer and I have been in her CT for a couple of years now...) till I found it I took the colorful thing of crayons for my photos- the b&w paper -paints- splatters and fonts/text...I was also gonna use an alpha but it was too full already...I really REALLY enjoyed this!!!!!!
I was inspired by the travel quote, the paint and the glitter iphone cover, so I chose a pic from my husband's trip to Las Vegas, add some paint and a gliiter arrow.
I loved the colors, the quote and most importantly the letters. The letter installation is so gorgeous. I keyed on the letters and came up with this:
I was inspired by the colors, the watercolor paint with the butterfly, the word hello, the handwritten lettering, and those fun numbers. (totally lifted thomsen's idea to use JJ's Hunter Alphas).
