CLOSED - NBK Design June 2024 Challenge

Hi, everyone!! Welcome to the NBK Design June Challenge.

Double Exposure is a technique that allows us to play with our photos and take them to another level. I´ve been wanting to try this technique for a long time but I always thought that it was going to consume a lot of time that I do not have. Believe it or not, after choosing my photos, it only took me 10 minutes, it´s easy and simple.

An advice for choosing your photos:
. There are no rules about the photos you can use but lighter or brighter ones are not recommended as this will affect the details of the image. Instead, use darker scenes or subjects, with more shadows and blacks.
. The best advice is to use silhouettes, but portraits with darker lighting and a bright background also work great.
. Another fundamental point is to understand that all the dark space in the first photo is where we can add the light in the second photo.

Rules:
For this challenge you have to combine two photos in order to create a double exposure effect on your page, that´s mandatory. You can use any photos you like and whatever NBK Design products you wish. For my sample page I used On The Sunny Side Collection and these two free photos from Pixabay:

- This challenge runs from June 1 to June 30, 2024
