*Closed* MOC Technique Slow Scrap - January 6

An exercise in frustration is what I call this. Nothing worked so finally I just completed my layout with the results I got from following every direction anyone could give me. For now, I'm calling it DONE with dispersion! The message I used on the journaling card says it all.

 

Again, not totally happy with it... but since I redid it about four times, I'm done, lol! I do feel like the image shows motion. Hubby thought it was pretty cool! Son said "you're not going to post that, are you?" LOL Yes, dear I am! "Not on facebook, right!?" He's too funny!

 

Thanks for being pretty general with your instructions. I forgot about this until I was getting ready to post and it fit pretty well.
