MOC Gift Certificates have been sent!

    Check your email! Those of you who finished MOC should have your $20 gift certificate waiting for you from customerservice@the-lilypad.com. Individual challenge winners were sent $3 gift certificates as well. While you can, of course, use your GC all at once if you wish, it also allows you to use it on multiple purchases over time and will subtract from the balance after each use. The gift certificate will expire on December 31, 2016.

    ***Please remember these are gift certificates and NOT COUPONS. You will enter them in checkout/payment method. These cannot be entered in the coupon field on the view cart page; they can only be used payment method area.***

    Congrats again on a great Month of Challenges!

    Woo hoo! :happydance2 I'm going to wait to shop though. I was trying to shop several hours ago and the store was being very sluggish about loading pages, and this has happened on other occasions too. Does that happen when many people are accessing it at once? I don't think it was my internet or computer because other stuff was working normally.

    Please make sure you're entering on the payment screen and not trying to enter in the coupon field.

    I logged in, put items in my cart, entered gc no. where says gc hit i agree
    I tried typing the code
    I emptied cart and re put things in
    nothing I had was on sale

    There was no arrow to right of GC code

    I get this message:
    Error: Order processing error!
    This error may occur by several reasons:
    Gift certificate doesn't exist.
    Gift certificate is expired.
    Gift certificate is not activated.
    Gift certificate is disabled.
    There was no arrow to right of GC code
