    It's Monday. Again. :dizzy
Crazy how that seems to happen every week! LOL
What do you have planned for this week?

My parents are taking my kids and my nieces on a road trip. My DH is out of town too. Sooooo...for the first time in forever, I will have the house to myself for a few days. I am sort of excited about this, but in reality I will probably just spend more time working. :giggle However, I think I will go ahead and schedule a mani/pedi and some other fun things just to make the most of it. Otherwise, I am very excited about this week because we're kicking off our awesome summer event here at the Pad, We are Storytellers. Be sure to check it out...lots of freebies and fun.

this is our last week of swim! And last week of tennis, by default since we can't make next week. i am going to a concert tomorrow night with some girlfriends, and then after that just relaxing with the kids. if the weather is nice they might even get to go to the pool for fun swimming, not practice! ;)

We just signed my oldest son up for his first year of football and his practices are ever day except Wednesday this week so it appears that is what I will be doing.

Lots of work this week as I get everything done before heading out for a 9 day holiday up at our trailer. I've got lots of little chores to get done. I think this week is going to fly by.

We have boxes and packing tape...I'm going to try to get ahead of it as much as I can and start packing and purging this week. Our last move was seriously rushed, and I'm hoping to be able to make a little more sense out of the way this move is packed.

I have some reading for a paper that I NEED to finish up. Other than that, just regular life stuff--meal planning, cleaning, finding something fun for the boys to do and of course, SCRAPPING!!

I have a Mid-Summer meeting at school for teachers, so i will be going to that too.

A WEEK ALONE. This just does not compute :giggle

Have a wonderful, productive and fun week!

Same old same old for me. Kids. Scrap. Clean. Laundry. Cook. Kids. Work. Call. Scrap. Laundry. Clean.

Company Tues and Friday nights, but o/w a kind of slowish week. No mani/pedi :tantrum but maybe I'll get a closet cleaned out, hehe...

We've got a normal week ahead.

I'm working. My parents and one of my sisters are taking turns looking after my youngest since he's still missing his camps because of his broken collarbone. But we just saw the doctor today and he can start taking off his sling and start doing more activities. He even gets to go to overnight camp next week (albeit with reduced activities and nothing that could hurt his collarbone...so no rock wall, no zipline...he's a little disappointed because this would have been his first year getting to do those 2 activities).

My oldest is away at overnight camp this week, so it is a little quieter in the house.

Heather, hope he recovers soon..... I saw the LO , but somehow didn't register....I know any little pai9n Sarita has hurts in me more than all of mine together, and being summer he must be so sad:( Hope he recovers quick
    :heartlub:beat:heartlub

I have been without Sarita for a month and still another month to go..... one of the worse things bugging my mind (that landed me in hospital) was that she was calling me too often, wasn't well health wise, lost the camera, low in general, but she called yesterday, found camera, is feeling much better and her voice sounded great so I'm happier...

I wish manis & pedicures were cheaper in this country...in Brazil I would have one every 2 weeks, here is just too much money :(
but the hospital gave me 10 session in the pool with the physios, so I have one wed, and am trying to clear and tidy the place as I have people coming from South America sooon.... good thing this reminded me I need to book theatre tickets!!!!!

I have a to-do list about a mile long. ugh. I have an appointment at the pain management clinic Friday, so that should be interesting since normal medicines don't work on me.

I'm hoping/trying to go to the beach this weekend to take part in a free little artsy workshop happening down there... as a reward to myself for getting through the week. It has something to do with poems and making little paper boats or something. I'm intrigued.

We have a horrid amount of very yukky family drama going on from a situation that blew up over the weekend, and I'm hoping that the worst part is over, and things will calm down. #fingerscrossed

My goal for the week is that the newly adopted cat ventures out into the rest of the house instead of hiding under/between/behind stuff. Got him on Friday, still haven't achieved the goal. Other than that, it's work/cook/clean/house stuff/scrap/sleep and repeat.

I'm still supposed to be on the couch. Yesterday didn't work out at all. Between laundry, grocery shopping, taking a kid to the doctor, and another to and from work... not much couch.

I wish I could say I'm going to sit here and scrap all week, but for some reason my brain isn't functioning in a creative way. Or in any way, really.

I need a mind cleansing run, probably. :dizzy

Last night the boys stayed overnight at my parents so my hubby and I had date night in town. We actually walked the mile and a half to downtown, then had a few beers and some burgers and then walked home together. It was nice to get to talk un-interrupted! Then when we got home we started watching Game of Thrones, so I'm guessing we'll be watching more of that this week after the kids are in bed.

Friday my sister and her family are coming to town to hit the beach and my hubby is taking all four boy cousins out on Lake Michigan to do some perch fishing. I guess my sister and I are going to have some more quiet time to ourselves! Woo-hoo! :)
