I've been staring at this layout for over a week. I'm not ready to scrap it, because I really like it. But there's something wrong. It needs more elements, but where? Please help!
I would put some foliage/leaves behind the squares. And more flowers! It's always more flowers for me *lol* I love your photos btw...
love those photos! i would use stitch lines to "anchor" the squares - some like these maybe, kind of mirroring your grid shape (almost like a tic-tac-toe board frame - not around every picture but along one edge of each picture)
I agree with more stitches! and then some arrows pointing your favorite photos? at the left of the title the date (typewriting style ^__^) beautiful pages, I had fun thinking how to "complete" it
I think I would have a ten page book with these photos! lol they are so each amazing, I want to see them all in individually!
Beautiful page, and those photos are GORGEOUS!! I agree that a few fastenings would be the perfect touch ... stitches or staples ... whatever works for you best
You can embellish on the photos, there's lots of empty space. Words, arrows, straight ribbons, tags and pennants. Just start piling stuff on, you can always take it back off lol!
I think it's fabulous Andrea! I would probably tuck a few pieces of greenery, like leaves or little grass clippings just to mess it up a bit. But that's because I'm a piler-on-er of elements.
Thanks everybody! As for the photos, I just stood in one central location on the back yard and took pictures as they zoomed around me Here's what I came up with.
