    I wasn't sure if I needed to mention this but I haven't received a coupon code either. I did check and double check my inbox/spam folder but found nothing. I know I didn't delete either because I still have my trash and it wasn't in there as well. Sorry if this is a known issue and you're already on it - I just wasn't sure if you needed to know from us or if you already had a way of knowing.

    I thought they weren't going out until after the sale so I didn't think much of that I hadn't received any. But I'll just wait and see if it shows up.

    In case you haven't received a coupon, we will make sure everyone has the appropriate coupons towards the middle of Dec.

    I just found an email with one coupon. However, it's for only $2 and it specified one of my receipt numbers where I purchased $16+. My total purchase was $35, comprising of 7 order receipts, all purchased at one time. The other 6 receipts were for purchases under $10. My understanding from the advert is that the redemption will be based on total purchase amount, not on purchase per individual designer. Can you kindly advise. Thanks.

    I'm having a problem redeeming the Bart Bucks. I entered the code & I get a "Please Wait" message which just keeps spinning. My cart is more than the value of the coupon. Can anyone pls advise. Thanks.

    I know there have been a lot of bumps in this Bart Bucks road, but I wanted to thank you all for your hard work in setting this up and barreling through all the issues. First I didn't receive them at all, then I did but they wouldn't redeem, but I got the stuff I wanted at the right price in the end, because you keep going and work to fix it all. So thank you! :)
