Having some problems with the store, actually can't seem to access it at all to submit a help ticket over there, so thought I'd post here.

Here are some of the error messages I'm getting:

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.the-lilypad.com/store/cart.php?mode=order_message&orderids=386018. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://the-lilypad.com/store/cart.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://the-lilypad.com/store/January-2012-Facebook-Fan-Freebie.html. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

I was trying to get Amy Martin's Facebook freebie. I can get to that page originally, but once I try to sign in, I get an error message. Strangely, the order goes through and I get emails including a download link, but then when I click the download link I get an error again.

I was able to access my download using Internet Explorer.

Hi, I've been getting the same error as ReboScraps with Chrome & Firefox for a while now but at least IE was working. But recently IE is also giving me an error as below. Can anybody assist pls? Thanks very much.

The website cannot display the page
    HTTP 500

    Most likely causes:
    •The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

The only thing I can suggest until someone more knowledgeable comes along is to be sure you've cleared your cache and cookies. This may fix the problem.

We changed servers recently and it's likely that you are caching the old server. Please clear your cache and cookies. Then, reboot your computer. This should enable you to see the store. If that doesn't solve your problem, please PM me or send an email to Kelly at CS thelilypad_customerservice@yahoo.com.
