Hi, I have just sent you an email at the Customer service as I wanted to buy one of the new products in the shop and I wanted to discount some part of the order with points I have but it doesn't changed the total of the order. I attached the print screen in the email. The total to pay is still the same even if appears that there is points discount, what can I do to use the points?? I would be greatful for the reply as I'd like to buy it today. Thanks, Aga
I had this same problem last time I made an order and just decided to not use the points because I needed the products right then. Would love to use them on my next order though... what do I do since even though I applied points the total cost doesn't change?
You must have enough points to pay for your entire order. You cannot do a partial payment with points. Also, if you are still having issues and are using Google Chrome, I would suggest trying another browser as Chrome often malfunctions when calculating points.
