Christa dear sweet friend, thank you so much for hosting, at the end I decided to make a layout about my near "family", and here's my take, full credits in gallery. Nice day!

 

I've been wanting to scrap about this connection for awhile so this was a perfect challenge.

 

I was inspired by your family resemblance page! I don't think I've ever talked about this photo before, so it was really fun.

my page is about our xmas night, we went to my cousin's and we are creating a new tradition of reuniting the cousins, cause our mothers, who were sisters already passed away... my mom had 5 sisters and one brother and one of my aunts always hosted the dinner on the Dec 24th. now that all of siblings already passed, we keep the family tradition and meet at least for the holidays! In the close-up photo it's me and two of my cousins(representing 3 of the sisters families), I hope I could make myself clear in my translation...we get together and always talk about the one that are no longer with us, remembering and honoring their lives!

Thank you for the great challenge! I got sidetracked looking through old photos and heritage info. I finally had to keep my page simple. I have forgotten how to link my image to my gallery so I have to copy & paste the gallery link here. I have forgotten so many things since it's been a couple of years since I scrapped! My page is about my dad.
