    Thank you to all who come to the 3PM EDT Slow Scrap chat and to everyone who participates in the Nicole's Slow Scrap!! You will have until 4PM EST Saturday March 5th to complete your page.

    Everyone who completes their page according to the instructions will receive a coupon to Nicole's store.

    Please post your completed layout in The Lilypad gallery under Speed Scraps and link here in this thread so I make sure to give you credit.

    GALLERY RULES: Layouts must contain at least 50% NBK products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.

    In the meantime lets get started with the instructions for the fun Slow Scrap:

    NBK Slow Scrap Instructions:

    1) background paper - your choice (you can use as many papers as you wish)
    2) a magic light used as a mask or as a magic light
    3) at least 1 photo framed, no more than 3 (any blended into bg or used with mask counts towards total of 3)
    4) at least 8 elements
    5) Journal Card
    6) Wordart
    7) Date, journaling and title are all optional

    Again, sorry for the silence in the chat. I was multi-tasking. :-) Here is one I came up with:

    I used 3 magic lights, my photo is clipped to one, one is behind the photo along the bottom right and the other is along the steps on the left.

    My frame is behind the photo, the film strip...

    Elements: 1 paper strip, 1 label (with heart), 1 star sticker, 1 flourish in color and 1 yellow dot artsy bit (both on left side of page), 1 flower with foliage, 1 butterfly, 1 bar code, 1 mini lines on stairs

    Thank you for the instructions to post here and for chat yesterday. I followed the instructions as posted.
    Background paper..magic lights used as a mask I also used a framed photo a blended photo.. Journal card.. 8 elements and word art.
