TLP MOC 2019 Day 29 Paper to Digi I finally get to honour my aunt Norma, who (whether it was a good move or not) first introduced me to scrapbooking. I scrap lifted her page. Thank you Norma! Edited my post as I have decreased the size of the torn paper mask on bottom edge so as to ensure it falls within 25% non Lilypad content.
I lifted from this beauty... from Lorelei Murphy aka Rosey Posey http://roseyposeystudio.com/studio/blue-china-crate-paper/ My layout:
I've never paid much attention to actual paper pages - it's never been a thing for me, so I just never got around to looking up the roots of what we do. I'll admit, so many of the pages I found (and like) left me scratching my head - how does it even work as a picture with five pounds of pearl strings and fat, fluffy fake flowers attached? You can't put it in a picture book, can you? Or stand it up in a frame? Anyway - among all the beautiful pages I found and fell in love with this paper page from ScrapTitane333: I love the colors and the layers, but what really caught my eye were the torn and curled edges - which are totally beyond my skill level, but why let such a small thing stop me, yeah? I spent a ridiculous amount of time on this one - partially because of the edges, but also because I was stupidly, doggedly determined to only use *one* kit and had to make some of the elements myself. But I like it: With a few more days I could have really done a lot more with it, but time is getting away from me. I'm just glad I decided to do one more search through Pixabay for a photo to use - otherwise y'all would be roasting me over scrapping a Shia LeBeouf meme
What a cool idea. I haven't done paper in at least 12 years. Still have mega $s worth of stuff, too! I found this fabulous picture on Pixabay. It's beautiful in an unconventional way. You really CAN find beauty just about anywhere! Both images are linked. Cruizin' in Winter by MsRenee

What a fun challenge! Takes me back to my paper scrapping days. I found this lovely by Elizabeth Carney, Pebbles Inc. Design Team Member https://www.pinterest.com/pin/AV3ImEaAwZDzMkEng5qaL2K-FtuwRztchPPOBhfzkmiag-VCw6kTAbs/ And here's my layout:
The layout I scraplifted was made by my friend, Lisa Swift: https://www.instagram.com/p/BjfU8_Mnvq_/ Here's mine:
Hmmm I loved this layout that I found on Cocoa Vanilla's Facebook page. I just love how all of her papers fold with the stitches. I tried to add some burn and dodge where I put my stitches. I also used a handwriting font, a stamp that I also added some burn to.
