My 5 pieces of inspiration: 1. Color Palette 2. Flowers 3. Arty/Grungy 4. Let Go/Start Anew/Next Chapter idea (this is in my journaling and the card) 5. Cascading Butterflies
I've never done anything like this before and found it put me way out of my comfort zone, but then, it is called a "challenge" isn't it? I was inspired by: 1. The colors 2. The butterfly 3. "And one day she discovered she was fierce and strong." 4. Cluster 5. The concept of highlighting a goal using art.
I went a little more loose with the mood board to work with my Hawaii Album. My Layout follows the dreams and goals that we had on our snorkeling adventure to be able to find cool reef fish away from all the hordes of people. 11 Years ago, on our Honeymoon, we visited Oahu and I never felt like we really were able be one with the sea and its creatures. 1 - Layout of the pictures on the mood board itself. 2 - Duplicated photo with frames in frames 3 - The repeated word "Follow" 4 - Water from umbrella photo (became water droplets in mine) 5 - White Wood Grain from paper flower pic
These challenges always seem to be the hardest for me, so it makes me work at it. Thanks for the challenge. I was inspired by: Color palette flower cluster frames quote on white card with black background painted portrait
Inspiration was drawn from: 1. Colour Palette 2. Inspirational Quote 3. Word Art within Face 4. Butterflies 5. Frames
Oh my...What all can I say about this....Was going to go in a different direction, and then saw this grief kit and it is so where I am right now, that I decided I had to do this page... wanted to do AJ which is NOT my favorite style... struggled with the mood board... Like others, I found little to inspire me, and kept going back looking closer and closer for tiny details... So here is my inspiration list... 1 Dour face on right 2 contemplative face in B & W upper left 3. Sketchiness of the image below center w. orange accents 4. colors in the same photo as #3 5 butterflies flying away and then, as if grief was not enough subject matter I had to have a goal... so I guess my goal is to not forget what we had over 20 years... the loss is new and still very painful... far from being therapeutic , doing this has brought me way down tonight...
My hope is to get back into photography this year. My inspirations from the mood board: 1. collage style 2. photo blended within another photo 3. black & white photos 4. framed repeated photo 5. journaling card
My inspiration was the aqua colour, the mustard colour, the butterfly, the quote about purpose and the large quote about being fierce and strong. The dream I want to accomplish in 2019 is to realise my dream of leading, loving, mentoring a team: kids and their leaders. I'm on my way.
MOC7 Day 5 Inspirtation Board Challenge: Goal: Finish the books I've started and read even more. 1. Girl 2. Sketched elements 3. Reading theme 4. Flower and Feather cluster 5. Elements crafted from white paper with dark printed text
This was actually kind of challenging for me - here is my inspiration: 1. random placement from bottom right photo 2. Travel from man carrying suitcase 3. Open passport from open book 4. Painted frame from paint dripping photo 5. brick look on skyline silhouette from brick background photo upper left 6. Multiple quotes from the multiple quotes on board
My 5 pieces of inspiration: 1. Color Palette 2. Flower Cluster 3. Paint Splatters 4. Face 5. Butterflies
How I was inspired: 1. Several of the images on the mood board had an elongated feel, more vertical than horizontal. I emulated this in my photo and paper cropping. 2. Frame within a frame (top center of mood board) 3. Quote: The things that excite you… is by Ruben Chavez. I used another inspirational quote by Mr. Chavez on my layout. 4. Color palette from right panel. 5. Circles down the side from right panel. 6. Mixing block text and script (middle left side). I did similar with the heading of my quote. I teach fitness instructors how to teach. What this layout means to me is to have even more impact in 2019 as a mentor, and to honor my strengths as exactly who I am.

Ok, so, get ready to scroll. This one will be long. I have two pieces for this challenge, because of course I do. I spent all day on the first one, had it all but finished, and then thought to myself: but what if? So I made another one. And then couldn't bring myself to tank the first one because I spent so much time on it. The goal represented for both is mostly the same (writing), but the focus is sightly different, as are the inspirations. The main inspiration and catalyst for the idea(s) is the quote about re-reading the last chapter. I know it's supposed to be an inspirational idea to stop looking back, but it's literally my biggest hindrance as a writer. I sit down to write and find myself re-reading what I've already written, instead of continuing the story. Inspirations for the first one are: the quote, the butterflies coming out of the book, the colors in the small center pic (orange, black, and blue), the grid in the bottom right corner pic, and the mix of fonts. The focus is on what I started last year and plan to continue this year: being completely unapologetic about writing fairy tales and fan fiction (and not getting bogged down by re-reading what I wrote the day before). Credits at link The inspirations for the second one are: the quote, the butterflies, the grid, the paper flowers cluster, and the frames in frames in frames. The focus is on the novel I'm set to finish this year, a very modern day fairy tale - that's what all the small grid photos represent. Credits at link
