    Those are considered an overlay as it fits "over" the page in some fashion even though it has prebuilt elements within it. You would still need to add an element to each side. :agree

    MOC#21 I hope this is what is needed. ETC_dan_sweetthings-stitch goes all the way around and then I added other elements so I think I comply

    I started this as a slow scrap page, but couldn't make it work for MOC 21. Then, after I finished it and uploaded it, I saw someone else's (lorryfach) and loved it, so while the first one I uploaded isn't a MOC page, that was my intention when I started. I hope that's ok. If it's not, let me know.

    I'm sorry, maybe I didn't understand then. Is the page posted anywhere else for another challenge? If not, then it counts. If you made it for one challenge but saw this one to use it for instead before posting, then you still didn't use it anywhere yet ...so it still counts. No penalty for mentally deciding then un-deciding and deciding again, hahaha! :)

    I filled the page my style but also followed the rules. I think I have all sides covered, but my elements are repeats. I didn't see anything that outlawed that so, let me know.
