Do you have favorite apps for your smartphone? I have so many. A lot I don't even use. But i was in "need" of some new game apps, and thought I'd ask.... I get bored with games after a while. I actually only have one game app on my phone. I've got a few more on my tablet. Things like sudoku app and solitaire app are not going anywhere. I like to go back to those. My husband is into a trivia game right now. In the past I've done the scrabble with friends, words with friends, dice with buddies.... all of them I'm done with. I don't really like to buy games. Bejeweled I used to play, but haven't been back to that one in a while. And Candy crush saga last year.... lol I was so far in that.... plants vs zombies 2 has been on my tablet the longest - 2 years almost. I have spurts where I play it, and spurts that I leave it alone (usually waiting for the new world packs to be created). Anyway. What games are you playing?!
Of all of the games on my phone, Plants v. Zombies has been there the longest, although, I haven't played it in forever. The next longest is Whirly Word. It was the free app from Starbucks years ago. I really like that game and it's my go to game when I end up waiting somewhere since it's easy to stop and start again. My current game seems to be Candy Crush Soda. And I've gone back to Bejeweled (I like the diamond mine game) just recently. I'm a horrible flyer, so on planes I like the Kingdom Rush games since they totally suck me in and I lose track of time. But because of that, I rarely play them otherwise.
I've been considering candy crush soda, but I know my family and friends didn't appreciate all the fb posts they did before, so I've avoided it. Lol whooops!
Don't connect to Facebook, or if you do, just don't click to send any of the requests. It doesn't send anything you don't tell it to send. I just block the notifications I don't want so I don't know or care what other people are playing, and I don't send notifications unless it's to someone I know plays. You definitely don't need to avoid a game just for that.
I definitely tried only sending to people I knew played. But for some reason, I still heard about it. Lol. I forgot, another one I have is "my vegas" because you can actually get comps in vegas.... I've earned a weekend in nice hotel, but haven't actually planned the visit yet. Lol.
Facebook makes it really easy to block whole games or specific people's games, so if someone cares that much, they should just do that. I haven't had any complaints from playing CC soda though.
Clocks......it is on my kindle and between that and malnificent....well. Most played on my phone is flowers because it is easy to leave and go back to,and the only time I play on my phone,is in que's or in waiting rooms or busses.
I LOVED Farm Yard Saga but I ummm.......got obsessed (like was playing it hours every day) and deleted it. But I didn't ever connect to FB because I didn't want people knowing how I was spending my time. Does that sound weird? Here is what is my fun/game folder at the moment. Word Search Fruit Drop 2 Zoo Mahjong Wild Animal Puzzles Word Acedemy Ultimate Jewel Angry Birds Angry Birds Seasons AND my Kindle App - that counts because I have books on it with Zentangle patterns on it.
Oooh. Some of these sound fun. I tried wordox today. ... blah. And 1010. Which is like tetris, and I liked it.
well, I dont have a smart phone, mine is very very dumb LOL to the point that I haven't turn it on for at least 6 months..... sad, really, because it means am at home all the time...I wont say never though, as I swore of E readers when they first came about...and now love it with all my heart...... games now....that is an issue for me. I brought Sarita up without video games, and I am glad I did, well, not at home, nothing like a game console or anything like that. I used to play some Doll Palace games on the computer when she was little , and of course never stopped her playing games at friends or even our relatives who have consoles...but not at home.... I have never been interested in games... and I even turned of my Facebook notofications as there are a LOT of scrappers who play a lot of the FB games and keep inviting......LOL
I heard of another one: crafty candy... you supposedly make spells from candy combinations. Lol Cynthia, my mom only had one while we were growing up. My brother turned to computer games. My sisters and I did more board games. To this day, I still don't play consoles much.
I got obscenely addicted to SimCity BuildIT... either that or HayDay. Nowadays I am addicted to sudoku (again) so I pretty much just play that.
My favourites at the moment are music ones, Song Pop and Rock On. And I still play Candy Crush and words with friends. I sometimes do some quiz ones, and Angry birds Stella pop.
I don't have any games on my phone only Pandora music app and Spotify. I have a windows phone so the app store is practically empty compared to the Apple or android stores. Hoping to drop my phone a few more times so I can get a new one hehe
I have a Windows Phone too. Candy Crush, 2048, tons of Disney games (e.g. Where's My Water) are available. Not to mention Tapatalk so I can post this right now I know it's not a game but it makes me happy! Windows have changed some things about app development as well, making it easier for app designers to port a game over so hopefully we will see more apps in the store soon.
never heard of that one before, as a game, but I know it was a prompt on Daily Digi several months ago... the idea really stuck with me as inspiration for a scrapping layout... haha. I will have to go check that one out for sure! Thanks, Lynnette!
For a while, yes, I was very addicted to SimCity BuildIT!! Right now, I'm obsessed with the cooking games, like Diner Dash. The one I'm playing right now is this cooking show one. You can get gold for upgrades through 20 second commercials.
The games on my phone and pad are mainly for the kids. I don't play games much instead I surf Tapatalk forums, Facebook, and Pinterest when I am waiting in line at various places.
