Monday Monday Monday! Man, I was not ready for it today. Too much to do, and some challenges I want to catch up on! So, a quick Fast Five for you today! 1. What's your weather forecast today? 2. Is your weatherman accurate? Or do you prefer online sources?
1. What's your weather forecast today? Cold but not too cold. I think it's about 34 out. No snow here but it is windy. 2. Have you ever played with the green screens and pretended to be a forecaster? LOL, no, but there was a "meteorology station" at a museum once. The kids pretended to be meteorologists. I'll have to find those pics. I haven't scrapped them yet! 3. What's your favorite weather? Hmm. I love the look of freshly-fallen snow...but I love it from *inside* while sipping hot cocoa. My fave weather to actually be out in? Like 72, partly cloudy, maybe the smallest of breezes to remind me I'm outside. It's not too hot so you can play with the kids without getting drenched in sweat, but it's not too cold that you can sit and read a book without needing a coat or something. 4. Do you have a weather station or outside thermometer at home? No. I trust my weather app. 5. Is your weatherman accurate? Or do you prefer online sources? I trust Ginger Zee on GMA. She's a great meteorologist and she's usually pretty accurate for this whole area. Then I trust the "local ABC" channel for an idea of the weather (except it's not "local" for me but for Philadelphia, which has a different climate than I do.)

SNOW - 7" overnight - and it's snowing again now (3PM) You didn't ask about tomorrow's forecast - But I'm sharing it anyways ... tomorrow's high is minus 13 and the low is minus 34 - average temp with windchill figured in is to be in the negative 60 degree range here in Northwest Illinois!! 2. Have you ever played with the green screens and pretended to be a forecaster? No, I am pretty sure I'd be all kinds of confused standing in front of a green screen! LOL! 3. What's your favorite weather? Summer! 4. Do you have a weather station or outside thermometer at home? We have an outdoor thermometer, but it doesn't work - 5. Is your weatherman accurate? Or do you prefer online sources? Our local weatherman is usually much closer in his predictions than online.
1. What's your weather forecast today? Partly cloudy currently. The high will be 40 degrees. Clear tonight with a low of 21. But the sun is out and shining good, melting icicles and snow. Jack Frost has done a wonderful paint job on our concrete slab porch. It's slick and the snow on the unplowed part of our yard is roughly 11-12 inches or so deep. 2. Have you ever played with the green screens and pretended to be a forecaster? Never have. 3. What's your favorite weather? It used to be our summer monsoon storms with all the rain and dust. Since moving to where we are now, I really love the fall weather when it's still sunny and there is a nippy crispness to the air that lets you know the seasons are changing. And I love rain. And I love snow falling. And then there are the sweet spring and summer mornings. It's very hard to pick just one now. 4. Do you have a weather station or outside thermometer at home? No. But our kids next door have an outside thermometer. I want to get one for us. 5. Is your weatherman accurate? Or do you prefer online sources? We hardly ever listen to the news anymore to see what the weather is going to be like. It would just tell us mostly about places an hour and a half away from us anyway. So we rely on the weather on our iPhones. We have learned that the weather man on the phone is very wishy washy about it all though. He changes his mind constantly. And he always says it's going to snow when it's too warm for it to happen at our house. Very frustrating!!

Have you ever played with the green screens and pretended to be a forecaster? no- but the kids did field trips to the local tv station & they played in front of the green screens! It was crazy fun! 3. What's your favorite weather? Sunny, 75 with slight breeze! 4. Do you have a weather station or outside thermometer at home? We have one inside- the kids use it more for knowing if they have to wear a coat to school or not (I make them wear their winter coats if it's 32* or lower!) 5. Is your weatherman accurate? There's one local guy that I like to watch his fb forecasts (only on weeknights) & my family gives me a hard time that I have a crush on him- he's cute & all but way too young for me! He's generally pretty spot on with our weather, but it's tough in our area since we're sorta on the border of mountains- it can go either way depending on temps.

1. What's your weather forecast today? It was 50 and beautiful today. Tomorrow we are supposed to get snow and falling temps, then Wednesday the low will be -3 UGH. 2. Have you ever played with the green screens and pretended to be a forecaster? We had a green screen and did lots with it, but never weather forecaster lol 3. What's your favorite weather? Hot and sunny, with an evening thunderstorm 4. Do you have a weather station or outside thermometer at home? I have a thermometer outside my kitchen window 5. Is your weatherman accurate? Or do you prefer online sources? I like weather.com and accuweather. I do check the local guys as well, but they are not my go-to.

Love Our Bureau of Meteorology site - the weather radar is pretty much the go to for most Australians

Yes, there is an Exploreum in Mobile, AL and Daniel and I played with it one time when we went over there. 3. What's your favorite weather? I have a fondness for rain, as long as it's not associated with a hurricane. Nothing better than being snug in the house when it rains. I'm NOT a fan when it's raining and I have to go out. LOL 4. I use both our local weather, a phone app, and weather.com to get a few ideas of the weather. I also ask Alexa in the mornings.

it was so cool to see the little rooster changing colors and when it was hot, it was sooo blue, unbelievable!! after a few years, it lost the magic and the little guy was always pink...
@carrie1977 and @IntenseMagic I had to download the WT Forecast, and it works here! and oh my, I just laughed out loud with my city's weather! thank you so much for the laugh!!
Mine right now is hilarious!! I'll share the one when it gets really cold if it's PG haha I use screenshots of them in my PL spreads sometimes because they crack me up so much. I blur the bad words for the web
