This would be my favourite as it really got me to think about my goals for this year. I also got to use some of my photos from Singapore which I haven't touched so far. This is also not my usual style of scrapping so I enjoyed doing the layout.
This is mine. I love it because I think it's the first page that I've ever done featuring myself that I am almost 100% happy with Plus I like the colours
This is my favorite: Because I love this picture and I remember the day I took it, it was a nice moment ;-) And I like the sweetness of this page du to the papers and title I choose
My favorite from this week... his expression is priceless and brings back so many wonderful memories of that trip - plus I love the challenge itself because while I've used a mask, blended photos, framed them, added paint, used selective coloring, etc... I had never done all of this on one photo! Thanks for stretching me.
I think it has to be this one. I've been stressing about how to scrap the 9/11 Memorial. I do have 2 more pictures of the outside to add to the page somehow (or to fit into a collage of NY), but I wanted to make sure I got the feel of the place right. I think the blended photo helped me with that.
Hard to pick a fave, but I think it would be this one for the White on White challenge because first, I love the photo of my son, and second, white on white is not something I've done, so it's super unique for me!
I have to say that almost every day, I say to myself "now, how will I fit that into the album that I am trying to complete?" Sometimes, it seems impossible, for instance to do a Bucket List page or a new shallow depth photo when you are trying to finish your 2019 Hawaii Album! I have found that not only have I made them each work (so far - I am on day 8 due to having to work a real job), I really love them! So hard to pick one, but this one that I really felt like I wouldn't be able to make it work, and I just picked one thing from the board (I first started with the board layout itself as my inspiration to overlap the photos) and then another thing and another and I had 5 pieces of inspiration. I just love it. It was for Day 5 and the Inspiration Board. I love how I was able to get so many of my snorkeling photos on one cohesive page.
What's funny is that this is the one that I struggled with the most conceptually. I got frustrated with it & went to bed and thought about giving up. Then it came to me.
Ok, so full disclosure, I haven't actually finished week 1 - I'm one page short. But, I think my favorite so far is Day 4 - the blend challenge. The staircase where my daughter was posing is so crazy & cool that it provides an unexpected surprise coming out of the black & white blend.
Probably this one - a little different from my usual style, but I liked the opportunity to really dig into my journaling.
I'm really torn between day 3 (the grid) and day 7, but since it's the freshest I'll go with 7 (the bucket list). The challenges have been so amazing!
It's always hard to pick a favorite, but I think it's the blended photo one for me. I just love how this worked for this photograph of my daughter and son-in-law (ok, that still sounds weird).
It's like picking a favorite child! LOL! I love them all for different reasons <3. This one: I love the painty layers.
I like learning how use my camera and the day 2 technique challenge was great for that. I hope this will make a super page for his album.
Just one? lol!! My favorite page is always the last one I've made, so it would be this one. I've still one page left to complete for the first week, but I'm catching up! I loved playing around with the cut out shape from a word cloud. I haven't done that in a long time, so it was nice to be reminded of it once again.
