The past is yet another country

The past is yet another country

Description:
A page about reflecting on the experience of moving back to Belgium after 25 years in Luxembourg. Currently 4 and a half years ago. While the transition brought both familiar comforts and unexpected challenges, it also highlighted the contrast between the fast-paced energy of Luxembourg and the quieter rhythm of life in Belgium. Socially, the move has been enriching, with new connections and opportunities, but financially, it required adjustments. Despite occasional nostalgia, I concluded that home is not about a specific place but about growth, balance, and embracing both the past and the future.

I loved reading about your page! It adds so much more detail and emotion to the layers and words that you used on your pages! I also think it was so clever to have to cluster locations and pops of action on your page! Just gorgeous!
