I appreciate your choice of entry for the ‘journaling as therapy’ challenge. There is a tendency to think of this phrase as only meaning to process the ‘not so good stuff’ and whilst this is really useful, it is also important to remember the things we are grateful for. I love that you mentioned the word ‘grateful’ in your journaling, that creating this page reminded you to take more photos, the use of black & white photos (so the collection worked as a cohesive whole) and the pops of colour, all around the theme of love.
