- Honestly I think I screamed out loud when I saw this collection by Pixel Giraffe Designs - a fantastic new guest designer here.
I knew this collection would be perfect for Hybrid cards.
For these cards I focused on creating backgrounds using items from the collection. I printed these out and then embellished them.
Top left - I added stamped details to the transfer that I printed. Then I stamped the woman and fussy cut her out. I only coloured small details on her, as I wanted the background to shine.
Top right and bottom left - I love this stamp that is in the element kit! And I thought it would work really well with the sentiment stamp that was already on my desk for something else! I stenciled over the printed stamp and I loved it so much that I made 2 of them!
Bottom right - The colours of the printed accent stamp made me think of love and so I stamped some leaves and text and added an anniversary sentiment. I added a bit of ink to the edges of my panel and blended that in over the printed stamp.
I loved making these cards and there are a few more to come!
