I confess, I don't watch but my hubby LOVES the show. He was pretty excited that there was a chatty pad thread about it. I read him the feedback earlier today.
I'm about half a season behind. I'll probably end up binge watching the the last few episodes to catch up and then all of this season when it's done. That's just how I roll with GOT.
@lmccandless Laura - ask him if he recognized the singer in the woods (Ed Sheeran, I didn't) that Ayra came upon. I can't believe the backlash the poor guy is getting for his cameo on the show. I don't see the big deal about it but apparently it's all over the internet, bashing him for being on the show. #bewareGOTfanatics
I didn't mind the fact that Ed Sheeran was in it - he isn't a bad actor and looked in place but the whole scene felt forced - I did mind that. All for Arya to say where she was going - so not needed. Love Jim Broadbent as the maester, he's a very good addition to the show.
