Spaghetti Noodles |Pad Patter 3.21.17

I like pasta, probably not as much as my kiddos or hubby. But I lived in Italy for a year and half and ate pasta EVERY day, so I think I filled up on it for a long time. It also made me pretty picky about how my pasta is cooked and the brand of pasta used (my family calls me a Pasta Snob). Al dente is the only way to eat it. Red sauce is probably my favorite, with a little spice kick (pasta arrabiata) is even better. My hubby and kiddos like lots more cheese on theirs than I do. I do love left over lasagna....I think it is so much better the 2nd day.

 

Thanks for the video Anne. I've never noticed these noodles and I'm not sure I would have understood that they are wet to begin with.
