    Please report any issues with new site here. We appreciate your feedback.

    As of 12.24, all designer creative team forums are viewable by team members. The exception is new designer forums as those have not yet been set up. Also, the Pad Team Chat + Info is available again for all creative team members. Subscription forums for M3, MPM and Storyteller are available again.

    KNOWN BUGS as of 12.26

    1. Cannot select multiple categories in the gallery. (This is going to require some custom coding, but the feature will be back. In the mean time, please use tagging as a workaround.)
    2. Character limit on user taglines is causing them to cutoff for some members.

    CHANGES with the NEW SITE
    1. The "already purchased" feature is still available in the shop. It displays on both the product page and the checkout page. The programmers updated the module so that it no longer displays on the category pages. We've put in a request to have it display on the category pages again but in the mean time, "already purchased" is still active in the locations I mentioned.
    2. Gallery Favorites has changed to Watched Media. All of your old favorites can be found in there as well.

    I'm not sure if it's site error, or user error, but I can't upload in the gallery.
    I double checked and my layout is 242 KB, and there are no weird characters in the name.

    @bestcee could you please try again and let me know what happens? can you see the Add Layout button? Can you fill out the whole upload form? Any details or even a screenshot would be greatly appreciated.

    @lmccandless Yep!

    I just tried again, and I have the same problem. I can see the upload button. I get to here:

    And then I press upload image. It asks me what image, I pick it. Then it thinks about it and gives me this screen:

    PS: Sorry about the photobucket links! I didn't know how else to show you the error since I can't upload.

    Edited to add: I don't see a form to fill out. I only choose the gallery to upload to.

    @bestcee Thank you for the screenshots! Could you please try renaming your file so it doesn't have spaces in it and let me know if that works? Thank you!

    In addition to not being able to view the gallery, as shown above, I'm also not seeing a way to mark one individual forum as read. Just "mark forums read". Is it hidden somewhere?

    I tried deleting the spaces from the file name, and still got that second screen shot. I also tried taking the number off the file, and still got the second screenshot.

    i get error on second page, using chrome-

    using chrome
    was photoshop export
    windows 10
    from my layoutout folder on desktop

    ? flash involved, it is being simulated in chrome

    @lmccandless Hahaha! I was just trying that! I tried 2 previous pages that are in the gallery. I still only get to that second screenshot.

    I also tried making my page file size even smaller, 239 KB

    Just as an FYI: I'm in Firefox, using 43.0.1 on a Windows 8.1 computer. I can see the gallery, and comment in it. Just can't post.

    I just tried Chrome, version 47.0.2526.106 m (Chrome says it's up to date) and hit the same error. I also tried different galleries, including the designer gallery.

    @bestcee Thank you so very much for all of the thorough testing. I am sorry for trouble! I am still trying to figure it out. I may have to wait for tech support to open in the morning. Again, sorry!
