May Template Challenge

Woot woot!!! challenge #2 for the month.


The Journaling says:
"To help Kaydee with potty training, we offered skittles for different stages of training- telling us she needed to go, actually going, keeping panties dry, etc.. A lot of the time when we asked what color she\'d like, she would say "yellow" with great enthusiasm... Rory was learning to use words, and quickly picked up "yellow" as a meaning for candy. He can now say "skittles" and other types of candy with ease, but still calls skittles "yellows" on occasion."

I really want to use this awesome template, but it won't work in my paint shop pro 9 program. When I try and move something, it prompts me "The target must be prompted to a full layer" I tried it in my older computer and it said the same. I can't use it at all as it won't let me do anything. Is there a simple fix?

 

I just tried it it Paint Shop 6 and didn't have any problems? Sorry I thought I might have a similar problem so i could give you ideas.
