IDK why, but this was the hardest challenge for me this month, and I love graphic style! Perhaps I was overthinking it, once it was a challenge and not "just" a LO lol.
At least I got one challenge done I love graphic style, btw. Got a lovely collection of this style on Pinterest. Yes, it can be confusing what the definition or look of "graphic" is. Many 2D prints and illustrations fit the definition. Stuff that uses vector art. But also photography rich media that plays heavy with line and typography. Here's my layout- I was inspired by the geometric shapes as well as your photo within the title of your layout. I also blended my photo into the geometric background, as well as added some dimension to my title. I just couldn't leave it simple without more embellishments Nothing says Spring like Daffodils!
Not sure I really understand what graphic style is, but I went with the idea of typography being the center of attention as was mentioned in some other posts....so here is my take on that:
I chose squares and I like the doodles-lines of each frame of this template: Credits: Doodles -Happily Ever After- & -Over The Rainbow- (Kate Hadfield) Alphas -Pj Party- (Kate Hadfield) Papers -Also Edgy- & -Fantabulous Fall- (Kate Hadfield) Kit -Smitten- (Bella Gypsy) & -Over The Rainbow- (Kate Hadfield & Studio Flergs) Template -Doodled Pocket Pages: Round Ups #1- (Kate Hadfield & Nicole Russell) =)
This was a fun challenge - I hope it mets the challenge requirement. The first LO I did was a STAR WARS filled title, but my alpha was from a non-TLP designer, so I think it would not have made the % requirement. But my son thought this was pretty cool. He didn't even think it was him at first
Inspired by this poster: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/88946161367720976/ Most fun I've had making a layout in a while. Thank you for the challenge!
