I have the twist, so I used flowers instead of stars. My 4 unique elements are the x-ray, doctor bag, heart monitor and "health" symbol and have 6 photos. Main title: Red Panda, subtitle: Check Up Time.

 

I forgot to comment for the twist ... so there are a few stars on the background paper. I used Liz's Good Time template:

 

Thank you for hosting. I used Shine template by Scrapping with Liz. I used the twist and put lots of common elements on the page. =)

Here's mine - I didn't end up using the twist.

Uncommon elements: eraser, pencil, calculator, highlighter, marker. I wasn't sure how "many" stars were needed since the instructions just said stars - and I didn't take advantage of the twist.

I hope I'm making it right under the wire! Forgot to add my elements - cup, muffin, coffee bean scatter and the bracket. There are 2 stars in the starbucks flair.

 

EHD was super uncooperative, but got it done in the end! I added two music notes, a crown, clouds and stars (twist!) for my unusual elements.
