    Hello!
    I placed an order Thursday with three products;
    the three zips downloaded just fine, but when I tried to unzip the one from Just Jaimee ( JJ-MARCHBYOC17-STITCHING )

    I got a warning that "This file is a directory". I had this problem once before, and we think it may have to do with the PC vs. Mac thing. We resolved it once, but I don't remember what we did? I have many other products from her that have had no issues at all.
    I tried deleting the product and re- downloading. Same message.
    Please advise.
