    Hello! I'm Grey and I live in Chicago with my daughter and 3 cats. I've had this account for ages and finally decided it's time to be brave and say hello and stop lurking. I haven't really done much of anything with scrap booking, but I love using all the interesting bits and bobs in mixed media projects. I've just started creating things again after being out of touch with my creativity for far too many years. I'd forgotten how much fun it is. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and learning new things.

    A huge welcome Grey! I am so excited that the desire to create is reawakening in you! Isn't it amazing we forget about the fun? That makes me edge of my seat jumping happy!     I did that too! The whole having the account and lurking and reading but being SO painfully shy and scared to say anything that I just bought stuff and watched people as they went about. I'm SO grateful I got the nerve to say something up, this group is amazing and I can't wait to see your pages and you find your stride here!     I had that problem after paper scrapping - a bit of a hiatus ... and then I found digi and haven't stopped since. Glad to meet you and can't wait to see of your creativity in the gallery! Welcome ... I know you will love it here! :)

    You have an awesome name, Grey! I'm so glad you decided to get active and stop lurking...lol... Seriously, I love mixed media art. I went digital some years back. Its easier to move a computer than move art supplies around (I move a lot). But I still have a paper fettish and recently got back into making paper collage. I pull inspiration from "real" mixed media and collage...it is truly a joy to hunt Pinterest, Flow magazine or almost any of the Somerset magazines for a mixed media or collage piece to scraplift.
