Hi! It's time for another PRD monthly challenge. For December - we are challenging you to do some creative framing (Just click any of the links to go to the blog post, read the rules, and play along!) Remember: We'd love for you to show off your pages here in this thread but please don't forget to add your gallery page link to the Blog Comments so we know you are participating for the $10 coupon! Congrats to @Meibritt for winning the November template challenge! Everyone else should have received a store coupon from Mirjam! We can't wait to see what you create this month!
Can I just say, I love the clock on the blog! The "My Time" one. It's fun to see that Mirjam's day hasn't yet started, and mine is getting close to the end.
I know right ! I feel like I only just recently noticed that .... @mirjam have you always had that .... or is it a new addition to the blog?
Used a stamp to create the shape for the paper, and then layered the stamp on top for a bit of interest, added another coloured paper underneath to make it pop. Also, the only kind of journaling I'm good at is sarcastic.
Thank You For Another Great Challenge!...Creative Framing Is An Interesting Concept To Me...I Am Kinda Known By My Style Of Double Framing Pretty Much Everything...I Feel That The Framing Makes Or Breaks The Look Of The Layout...I've Tried To Do No Frames Or Other Styles Of Framing But None Seem To Work With My Layout Style Like The Double Framing Technique I Use Does...So I Am Changing It Up A Little Bit For This Challenge As Per The Rules...I Am Single Framing Each Photo Instead Of The Double Frame I Am Accustomed To Using But In This Case I Think The Single Rounded Frames Work Best Here To Give The Layout A More Linear Feel To Coincide With The Crisp Festive Colors & White Backgrounds Of The 10 Photos I Used Here... *For My Festive Moments Layout-I Used* *Blue Skies-Pink Reptile Designs *FA LA LA-Seasons Greetings-Pink Reptile Designs
Love all the pages created with your creative framing ideas!! Just wanted to mention, if you are all caught up with MOC ... and haven't played in the PRD challenge yet - there's 3 more days to get your page in! A new challenge will go live on the blog on Monday Jan 15th.
