Hey all. Some of you may know that I have recently been working a lot on my family history. I'm getting closer and closer to being ready to start putting this album together. So I am wondering if there are other out there that have some heritage pages you have completed that you would like to share with me? I know there was a member of the community that passed away not too long ago and she had some amazing pages. I'd love to look at her stuff again if someone can direct me to her gallery (sorry, I do not remember her name as I was fairly new here when she passed). Thanks all!!
I don't do many heritage pages, but here are a few... (as you can see I prefer colorful pages, rather than the typical sephia monotone schemes)
@Karen Thanks so much for sharing. These are beautiful. Maybe I need to add a bit more color to my heritage pages...I do tend to stick to the more neutral or muted colors.
That's what I used to do, but lately I have found that colorful heritage pages have something going for them. I have a few to post in the near future, but here is one example that I made for Cynthia's scrap recently. I totally love the summery colors.
Hi Robyn, I know I sent you a link to my dropbox account back in March to see some of the layouts I had loaded in there. But I do have a few more recent ones here at The Pad.
Eeek! Don't get me started LOL! I LOVE scrapping heritage photos. I used my "Life in Pictures" albums to make books about my MIL, mother and father Plus I do quite a few "random" heritage pages

Gorgeous pages!! So much inspiration here. Thanks for sharing Marilyn, Lynn, Carol, Courtney, Cath and Rikki!! Lynn, I am thinking about using your Life in Pictures templates for books on my in-laws!! Courtney, your first heritage page is wonderful...I hope you keep going with them!! I have been working with a distant cousin - exchanging stories and photos. I have photos of almost every relative going back five generations!!
@cfile Christa, your pages are stunning!! And oh the way your dad looked at your mother in photos...I can only imagine the love you grew up with. Thanks SO much for sharing. So much inspiration in all these photos!! And I'm seeing I can you use more color than just the neutrals I'm drawn to with my heritage photos.
