I placed an order today for Etc by Danyale's Brighter Days kit checking out with the authorize.net credit card option the way I always do. I got this message upon processing: "An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. This transaction has been approved. It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service." I sent an email to the TLP Customer Service email address immediately. I later received by email my Auto Receipt from authorize.net showing that payment has been made for order #970105. Here in the store, however, my order still shows as not finished and I have not received my TLP receipt and download link.

@mollyc Sorry, but Nancy or Laura will need to take care of this. While they are usually very prompt to respond, customer service can take between 24 and 48 hours to respond, so please be patient with them!
