Hello everyone and welcome to February. This month's Journaling Challenge is all about questionnaires. For those that haven't tried this before: 1. make up a series of questions, 2. interview your subject and 3. create the page journaling the questions and answers. It can't get any simpler than that! You can interview more than one subject (I interviewed both my boys). You can interview an inanimate object (for example, a teddy bear) and make up the answers yourself. You can even interview yourself! You can have someone (or something) else asking the questions. Your challenge is to journal in the form of a questionnaire: You must have journaling Journaling must consist of 5 or more questions and their answers (quotes or wordart does not count towards this requirement) Photos are optional Here's my questionnaire: A closer look: left: right: Please remember the monthly challenge rules: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread. The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a guest spot on the Lilypad Creative Team! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges). I can't wait to see your questionnaires!
I got most of my questions from this site: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sponsored/finance/family-matters/11334865/questions-for-kids.html
Kind of a strange question, but can I use the answers from an interview I did a few months back? I saved the answers, but have not made the page yet.
I've been meaning to do this for a while - but I keep postponing it - you've given me a reason to stop procrastinating !! Lol

Had these photos of Romeo to scrap and thought this challenge would be a fun way to do it! He's in my office so he and I have these conversations every day
