You could pin them to one of your pinterest boards, just click on the red pinterest button on the right. Or you can watch them. When you leave a comment on a layout, it automatically watches it for you. Then you can see your watched layouts, by going to the gallery and clicking on watched content in the gray bar at the top and then clicking watched layouts. Hope that helps.
This leads to another question. When I go to the Watched Layouts, I see a little check box in the upper left corner. What is its purpose? TIA
You can select layouts by checking the box. Then scroll down to the bottom you can click in the 'with selected' box and adjust your notifications and stop watching the selected items.
